Trondheim City Baseball League!
Calling all baseball players and teams! Come play in the fastest growing baseball city in Norway!
What is it?
Trondheim Baseballklubb’s new league for all players. We currently have Adult (ages 16+) and Youth (Ages 10-15) divisions
Where and when will games and practices be?
All games will be played at Lade Baseballbane. Practices for the Trondheim Baseballklubb teams will be Monday nights, and NTNUi Thursday nights. The game schedule has been posted. Games are a mix of weeknights Monday - Thursday and a few on Saturday or Sunday when we host teams from outside Trondheim that come here to play in TCBL. The TCBL games do not conflict with Trondheim Hellhounds schedules so you can do both.
How does it work?
Sign up as a player or small group and get placed on a team, or sign up a complete team. You’ll get a schedule of practices and games from April to October 2025 (nothing in July). You can also come to extra training days for all TBK Baseball members together.
What is the skill level?
The TCBL takes all able players at any skill from beginner to elite. Within Trondheim Baseballklubb we balance the teams as much as we can. If you don’t feel ready yet, you are still welcome and encouraged to attend practices. Elite players should try out for the Hellhounds Eliteseries team but can also play in the TCBL as well. Even if you are not on the Hellhounds, you might get called up anyway!!!
What equipment do I need?
We have plenty of bats, gloves, catcher’s gear, and helmets available at the field to borrow for all TBK members and/or TBCL players. However, most players eventually buy their own glove once they fall in love with the game. We also recommend athletic cups as needed. Baseball cleats are recommended (please no metal studs), but football cleats work great on our field and are easy to get. General athletic shoes are fine.
How much does it cost?
We have real costs for equipment, maintenance, and umpires, so we do have to ask for fees. For Trondheim Baseballklubb Members (most of you):

Baseball membership includes equipment access, year-round practice (including indoor practice!), and free coffee at the kiosk.
If you are playing on a TCBL team belonging to a different NSBF registered club (e.g. NTNUi) you instead pay fees to that club according to its membership rules.
